  • The data controller is Dr.Granat Serhii Novokhatskyi, based in Warsaw, at Puławska 221/U2A, 02-715 Warsaw. Data protection is carried out in accordance with applicable legal requirements, and data is stored on secure servers.
  • We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. To this end, we use, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  • Personal data provided in forms is treated as confidential and not visible to unauthorized persons.
  • Personal data is processed:
    • in accordance with applicable legal regulations, including: the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018, the Act of July 20, 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science, the Act of July 18, 2002 – on the provision of services by electronic means, the Act of July 6, 2004 – Telecommunications Law, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the Labor Code, and implementing provisions;
    • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy.
  • Personal data may be processed for:
    • archival and statistical purposes
    • providing information via the contact form
    • organizing events, conferences, competitions, promotions, surveys
    • conducting promotional, advertising, and other marketing activities related to the Administrator's educational services, in the form of mailing
    • fulfilling obligations arising from mutual agreements regarding information about partners, their services, and products, including in the form of mailing
    • conducting video surveillance
    • necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject
  • Each person whose data is processed (if we are the controller) has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal), and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

    • in the case of processing data for the purpose of concluding a contract, providing educational services, fulfilling a legal obligation – for the period necessary to achieve these goals, the period necessary to fulfill the Controller's legal obligation resulting from the provisions of the Law on Higher Education and Science, the Labor Code and its implementing provisions, tax or accounting regulations, and for the period necessary to secure or pursue any claims of the Controller,
    • in the case of data processing for the purposes of marketing own products, based on a legitimate interest – until the legitimate interest ceases to exist or an objection is raised by the data subject,
    • in the case of consent to processing – until the consent is withdrawn.
  • We have implemented data encryption and access control to minimize the consequences of a possible data security breach.
  • Recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under applicable law, authorized employees and entities to whom the Controller has entrusted or commissioned data processing, e.g., software providers, marketing agencies, email marketing companies, hosting providers, document destruction companies, courier companies, service companies, security and property protection companies.
  • Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Failure to provide data may result in the inability to achieve these purposes.
